Austin City Council Approves Guadalupe MU Following Multi-Year Entitlement Effort
The September 10 approval marks the successful conclusion of a multi-year entitlement effort for 7003–7007 Guadalupe Street — a three-parcel urban assemblage in Austin. Jerry Perales, P.E. served as the project's engineering and land-use representative throughout the process.
